Hello all :D... sorry I haven't posted in a while how is ever ones diets going?, well so far im at 155 from 160 (5'6) but the scale always shoots up and down but i still cant get lower than 150 lbs... can any one give me tips that have worked for them; foods to eat, things to drink, tips of motivation? any thing would help, hehe

hey, ive lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks by making sure i dont graze and snack all day.. i have oatmeal or whole grain cereal in the morning with a water and fruit, then i dont snack till lunch.. but i have these little bottles of apple juice so if i get hungry i just take a couple sips of that and drink some water and i try not to think about it.. then i load up on salad and boneless skinless chicken and tons of veggies at lunch.. then when i get home i have a trail mix bar and more water and then i eat dinner and after dinner the only thing i eat if anything is a little bit of fruit. Its worked so far for me.. but belive me its been the hardest 2 weeks of my life.. i love food. but its paying off.. and people are started to tell me i look thinner and what not. you just have to remember that the sweets and stuff you put in your mouth may taste good for a few minutes.. but its gonna take you a month to get the weight back off.. good luck and be strong cuase it really does pay off in the end.
