Hey, i was looking in the mirror today and i decided that something has got to be done about my weight. I've said that before and i dont go on a diet i just get bigger and bigger. But i mean it this time im tired of being fat. I just need some help to get through this because its gonna be hard. I'm 5'6 and weigh around 280. If anyone knows of anything exercises or diets. hi, i am 5/4 and weigh 174 pounds. I don't look as fat as i am but i know i am. I am a vegetarian and am picky. But i do eat some veggies. I just couldn't stop eating because i was so board and had nothing to do. I just got these zone pefect bars from target that my mom got for me and she doesn't like me doing these things. But this is good. I bar a day for a meal it curbs your appetite so you don't pick untill your next meal. I am strting that and i am taling dance lessons and i randomly turn on the song milkshake ar switch and dance to it. It does help. drink tons of water. hope i helped. write back and tell me if i did.

hey, u can do it. i weighed 222lbs. and now i weight 197. i wanna be 160 by Christmas, & that's only 37 more lbs. to go. I know u can do it, cause I did. I only lost like 1,2, or sometimes 3lbs. a week, but altoghether now I lost 25lbs.! I did it on my own. I ate alot of salads and greens. I know it's hard at first cause I wasnt used to eating like that. But after a while, ur body gets used to it. I drank alot of water, once again I wasnt used to it, but if u drink 1 or 2 glasses down, it gets u full. I also have lots of fruits and I eat fish and chicken. Don't think of it as a diet, think of it as a way of changing ur life and body. If ur mom makes a real good dinner, thats the hardest, but I usually make a smalllll plate of it this way I had some, and wont have the urge to eat the whole dinner. trust me this works. it was hard at first but when u see the weight dropping each week, it's worth it! it's also kinda hard during that time of month, i usually gain, but remember it comes right off after ur pd. goes away. good luck luv and kisses, denise
