My Aunt is a bg time health freak and I know tons of tips for fast weight loss...
-drink water constantly to help yourself feel full
-TOOTSIE ROLLS...are amazing if you need a little bit of chocolate to get rid of that craving these little candies are AWESOME
-Drink iced tea or hot tea..no calories
-0 calorie flavored water is good to help give you the taste of pop without the helpless calories
- workout 3 times a week and excersise everyday(there is a difference in the two) excersise is like walking or daily chores. Working out is like basketball or running
-Frozen dinners like Healthy Choice are good for counting calories...use for like lunches or small dinners
-If you dont feel like working out AT ALL make sure you dont overeat for that day and start working out the next day
-Some frozen popsicles are very low in calories and fat and make great snacks
