-Do you think I could lose 10 pounds in a month if i do this: Excercise 4 times a week for 30-45 minutes, Drink 8 cups of water daily, cut my meals in half, treat myself to one sweet once a week, and cut down on fried foods. I hope so . .

OH AND MAKE SURE THE WATER IS COLD. I HEARD IT WORKED BETTER OR SOMETHING

try to have meat only like twice a week and eat chicken if you can!!

you can deff lose 10 pounds in a month.. i lost 8 in a week in a half just cutting out all junkfood. make sure you eat breakfast (whole grain anything is the best).. and i just excersise everyday for 30 min with minor strengh training and 200-300 sit ups a night and it works... good luck<3
