Hey guys..alright, I need some help. Does this sound like a good day? Breakfast-Slimfast breakfast bar (170 cals). Lunch-Chicken salad sandwhich on whole grain bread, pineapple, water, and here's the really bad part..they had donuts out in some of the cafeterias, and I happened to go into the one that had one..and you can guess the rest. It was about the size of your palm and just one though..is that ok? And then for snack, I had a slimfast snack bar and half a cup of mixed berries (around 240 cals). For dinner I'm gonna have 1 small tortilla (corn) with beans and lots of fruits and veggies. Also I'm gonna jog 1 1/2 miles. Did i do ok even though i had this donut cinniman roll thingy?

hey thanxs!good advice!gurl don worry if ya had a cravin 4 a donut!itz all good.jus drink water because you know...wen u think ur hungry after eatin about 3 hours ago...your jus thirsty.look me up!

yes, pretty good. but dont sweat it! if you have a craving what works for me is to drink 8oz of water, or have gum. stay away from those donuts adn you'll do fine. good luck!!!!!
