Hey guys. Well here it goes. Breakfast-Special K cereal with banana. Lunch-Slimfast bar, handfull of nuts, and half a sandwhich. Snack-Watermelon. For dinner i'm gonna have a small piece of grilled pork with asparagus and some more watermelon. Also i've had alot of water throughout the day. So how'd i do? Oh and i'm prolly gonna go out and jog 1 mile tonight (if it stops raining)

Reply from roxanne, Age 18 - 06/05/05 - IP#: 69.152.252.xxx great job sammy! the only thing i would watch out for is bars or shakes like slimfast. a lot of times they are meant to be entire meals because they have so many calories and nutrients. i'd say its a good idea to get all that from real food, like the rest of what you ate. keep up the good work!!!

Special Kay has more sugar and is made from white flour, which doesn't do anything positive for your body..but yeah. otherwise, good job.
