ok hey everyone, i found a new way in which i can make me feel better about myself everyday. i know its going to sound corny but ive made a to-do list for each day of the week. despite doing other things, i will look at my list and see what needs to be done. this will give me the power to get up and do something with myself. its only small stuff that can have an effect over short-terms. stuff like push-ups, crunches, drinking 8 glasses of water will make me a little bit more healthy. at like 4 times a week, i put jogging on the treadmill, and 3 times a week, do a workout video. the small stuff counts and i hope i will do well on my to-do list! gl to everyone else on their plans for weightloss!!!!

yo wasup brittney this is hatter here you should always get up wit a smile on yo face puttin that aside i admire yo determination of course you should get out and walk. walking is no fun unless you see some sites while you losing weght oh and a lil tip if you walk out in summa heat in the middle of the day then you will loose weight faster because your sweatin faster well hatter out
