Ok well day 2 of the diet...this morning I woke up and did a 10 min ab routine..then for breakfast I had eggwhites, a piece of toast w/light margarine and some strawberries and blueberries, had an orange as a snack, then for lunch I had a chicken wrap w/squash, pepper sticks and a peach, then had a rice cake as a snack and for dinner had some grilled chicken w/mozzerella a salad and a sweet potato...so how'd I do?? I tried to take your advice ocry and eat more for breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately though I didn't go to the gym...can anyone give any advice as to how to really motivate me to go there..once i'm there i'm fine its jsut going there after work i'm so tired!!! Thanks!!! = )

I'm trying to eat only when my stomach growls but it always seems that its growling...ughhh I'm really going to try though and get motivation to go to the gym b/c i know how much quicker i'll loose my weight if i do!!

Reply from orcy, Age 17 - 06/06/05 - IP#: 68.0.210.xxx yeah you did really really good. its really good you added a bitter brekfast and im guessing you probably felt a little more satisfied to. but it seems like your getting a really good amount of calories and a good amount of veggies and stuff..as far as motivating yourself to get to the gym, try to think how you will feel after, and what its gonna do for you. just 1 hour of your timee we'll help you sooo much overall
