Sorrry me again lol. Today i did a walk away the pounds 2 mile video thing and i felt great. do you guys htink i should do that eevryday (maybe even twice a day) ride my bike a mile, then when my Toning for Teens book comes in ill do that too. The thing is should i do all this or stick to my orignial w/ the treadmill for 15-25 mins. (i think i get a better work out with walk away the punds but with the tread i sweat more) Thanks guys and good luck w. diets adn goals!!! :) <33

yeah dont over work yourself. probably do the toning for teens or other strength training 3 times a week, and do cardio 4-6 times a week and you'll be fine. give yourself atleast one rest day a week . good luck!

sounds good just dont over do it. make sure that you do take atleast one day to reast im kinda doing the same thing 5 miles on the elliptacail walk away the pounds and yogo booty ballet every day im also keeping a food journal good luck keep up the good wrok

Wow! You're so busy! It is summertime, so you have the time and energy to spend, but don't over exert yourself. Save 'some' time and energy for you :). Be sure to also drink lots of water. You lose fluids when you work out. But, sounds like your doing a great job so far! Way to go, keep up the good work!
