hey everyone..
I'm not new here, about 2 years ago i came to this site and lost about 20 pounds. I've gotten a lil bit taller but i did gain some of that weight back. I am 5'4 and 140 i dont think that i am huge or anything but i would like to at least get down to 125-130.
this is what i had to eat today.. rate it please
Breakfast-
3/4 cup of fruity pebbles 1/2 cup of skim milk 150cals
snack-
3/4 cup of fruit loops 1 cup skim milk 170cals
lunch-
turkey italian 150-200cals
snack-kudos bar and 7 crackers 170 cals
dinner-2 bites pastrami sandwhich,potatoes 320 cals
2 spare ribs, corn on the cob a lil
margerine
is this too much???
