Hey, I was here at this site a year ago and lost 20 pounds and kept it off for the whole year. However, in the past 3 weeks i've gained 15 of it back. guess how! EATING DURING THE NIGHT! I wake up and know not to eat but i think i have too...once again i did it last night BUT....I started exercising again. I'm sitting here dog tired and my hair is dripping wet becuz I just burned 269 calories on a stationary bike and by walking around the block. I feel exhilarated!!! I LOVE EXERCISING becuz it gives me actually more energy then what i started with....I switched to diet iced-tea and surprisingly it tastes better than regualr and only has 5 cals!!!! Write me back and tell me how much i can lose by aug 25

And, isn't it funny how some food that are "diet" drinks actually taste better than the regular? I used to love regular pepsi, but I find diet pepsi more crisp and refreshing. Plus, the regular made my teeth always feel really funny. Anyway, great job so far...and keep it up! :hugs: ~Miss K

Switching a lot of waht u eat and drink to the "diet" version helps so much and most of the time u can't even taste the differnece. Bout loosing lbs by August, its definetly possible to lose bout 25-30 lbs if ya work at it. Well good luck girl! Stay Strong! *muahz*
