yesterday i ate a banana for brekfast (60 cal), a yogurt for snack (60), an apple for lunch (65), 1/2 a whole wheat beagle with light cream cheese and jelly for supper (175), and one serving of green beans (??) and then had a 100 cal pack for desert and 2 jellos. I walked/ ran on the tredmill for about 45 min and the played 9 holes of golf (about -500) I know this doesnt sound like enough food because i had about 600 cals total and worked off about 500 of them... but i was full and not hungry.... HELP AM I BEING HEALTHY?!

thanxz guys today im doing better i think.... i had a banana for breakfast (60), a subway for lunch(230) and ran two miles (-305 cals)... so right now im in the negative BUTT i plan to eat an apple(65), yogurt(60), and microwave meal(300) tonite! best of luck to you all and thanxz again for the help!

Wowie, what a work out! But, yet I agree with Inez. Your metabolism is going to slow way down if you keep eatting like that. Just introduce a few more things into your diet and you'll do great. You should shoot for 1200-1300 calories a day. Even though 600 calories seems like a lot, it's nothing compared to a healthy daily amount. We burn calories all the time, even when sitting! I know you're trying to cut calories hun but by eating so little its just going to slow your metabolism. You definitely need to eat more....just eat healthy...eat chicken, fish, couple more fruit and veggies...and just watch your portion size and you should be fine. The workout was great though!! Goodluck!! = )

for the excersise yes but for not enough food no you need so much food a day. if you countine to eat that many calories you will gain weight insead of lose. try to go for 1200 cals at least that will help one or two days wiht that many cals will be ok but not for a long peirid of time because when you dont eat your body decideds that it dosent want to work. i know about that and it's not fun good luck hope i helped if you have any more questiond or any thing you can e-amil me Plusizedbeauty@yahoo.com
