I figured out something to keep me on my diet! tell me what you think.. I bought a binder and inside i printed out a exercise a food journal type thing.. I am gonna start recording my exercise and all the food I eat, calories, carbs, fat.. ect.. And to keep my going if I do Good I get a star lol!! haha... It will work for me.. Also I bought slim fast bars.. they look really good.. ttyl megan

yea I did a journal b4.. it helps me eat less.. 4 two reasons.. I dont have to write much, and it helped me lose over 30 pounds.. when i stopped thats when I gained it back <3 megan

my bad i preesed the wrong button, but all you gone do is get tired of couting and writing everthing like i did no matter how much energy you got its just like going to school every three hours dont do it just eat as much fruit and vegatbles and fruits you want and if you want meat bake it or put it on the forman grill it will cut the calories by 1\3 or 1\2 good luck
