Hey!!!! I am looking for a really god diet. I am 5'5" and 160 lbs and I need to lighten up for voleyball. By August 8th I need to beable to run a mile in under 6 mins. It is torture for me right now. Every morning I get up and run a half mile and at night I run the other half to help me train. If any one could help me, plz email me at sobocopookylou11@aol.com.....I would love a buddy to help me. hey what i was doing was id run around a 1/4 mile track and each day add a lap and make myself push further and it helps get you faster and being able to go more and your increasing your distance that you can run at the same time..hope it works for you

how fast is your mile right now?? If it's like 6:30 then it could be achievable but if its 7 and up I would try to make that next year's goal. I just don't want you to be set up for failure that's all.
