hey i just found this site today and i was really excited as i was reading these things....i am 14 ill be 15 in august i way about 195.. and im 5'2 i really wanted to get in to shape and to loose as much wieght as possible by school starts and i no itz a year away but i wunted to be ale to wear a bikini for the first time in my life by next summer... i was reeading some of the comments and EMIS u mentioned something like toning for teens what is it and do u think it willl help me?.. i have problems running because i run out of breath real fast... if ne one wants to help me leave and aim yahoo im or msn im screen name and ill talk to ya on there... or if ur more comfy on here... ill check in later tonight..please help me

hey i know emis said to ask me lol so i guess ill just respond...i used it and i definetly noticed a difference. i reccomend it as long as you have the time and the motivation to stick with it. also you need to incorporate cardio though. if you look for toning for teens on amazon.com usually you can "look inside the book" and see a few pages

Hey.! Well i heard about it from some of the people here adn i got it. Your best bet is to ask orcy about it. she knows alot. But its a book adn it has a diet in it adn a workout thing for upper body toning and lower body toning and you switch off. Its sposed to take 20 mins. You use weights with it too. Its a good book and ijust started using it but i would defianltey reccomedn it. For your problems with running..well one day i went adn played basketball with my dad and i was out of breath sooo fast. Then i started running on the treadmill, each day going longer and faster. Then i played him again and iddint run out of breath at all! I did this everyday for a week adn it helped ALOT. But good luck!!!:) :) :) <33
