Hey im starting a summer program. I am dieting, doing alot of aerobic activity, and strenth training. I was wondering if I burned between 400-700 more calories then I eat each day, will I be able to lose 10 lbs. of fat while still keep getting more muscle? Thanks.

no running works your abs and a lot more of your body and yes you can definetly gain muscle while losing fat. thats what stregnth training is about!

i have heard that you can't gain muscle if your losing fat. also, does running really make u lose weight all over? because my sister got that toning for teen book and it said that running only works you legs, your legs could be great, but not the rest of your body. is this true?
