hey you guys i havent been on here for like three weeks...now that i have my summer break all to my self i have been trying to figure out a great eating plan that will go along with my excersize plan..its proving to be harder then it sounds ...here is my excersize plan: in the morning i do a denise austin video which is fourteen minutes and then at 1:30 i go swim for like four hours but it isnt complete swimming because i just hang out with my friends and then i do fourty laps..then at 8 i go an play tennis with my friends for an hour the only problem is i do so much excersize im having trouble sticking to my eating plan because my eating plan is eat every hour and a half so i can speed up my metabolism...so yeah i have a problem if you have any suggestions or pointers please tell me...and i went to caloriesperhour.com and it said my rmr is 1386 and i added up the rest of the calories i burned today not including the extra two hours of swimming that i did and the excersize video and it said i burned 2507 is that too much?

Helen, I don't think you need to eat every 1:30 an hour. Those types of diets are used for people who dont do a lot of activity and who have low metabolisms. #1 Your getting an amazing ammount of workout in so your metabolism will be pefect all day long. #2 Your young so its fast anyways! You can just have 3 small meals and 2 snacks. Or change it up anyway you want to change it! But I think the exercise and fitness you will be getting this summer is exellent.
