my 3rd post] ... ne wya today wasnt bad... i had cereal, toast, and milk for breakfasst, lunch i had a salsd but i didnt finish bc i put tooo much dressing on it, and dinner i had a less portionized bowl of spagetti than i usually do, i had some pringles wen i watched a movie(b4 dinner,) and i has butterscotch krimpets, b4 dinner... after dinner i had water ice.. is that bad for u?... im so happy bc itz late at night nd im not even that interested in eating somethin.... but just in case im not leavin mi room... hmm... DOES NE ONE HAVE MORE TIPS ON EXCERSISING, AND THE MOTIVATION I NEED TO DO IT?.. HELP ME!!

that sounded ok just dont over do it on the pringles and dont eat them everyday..like make a treat plan that if you do a certain amount of excersize that week you can treat youself to a small portion of your favorite food..and same with your diet if you have a set amount of calories you eat a day when you treat youself challenge yourself not to go over the daily amount of calories...
