I came up with like a meal plan for me to eat tomorrow. (Breakfast)-1 banana, 1 slice of wheat bread w/ 1 tsp peanut butter (Lunch)-Alfredo pasta w/ green peas; one piece of mesquite chicken (Snack)-1 cup pineapple (Dinner)-w/e my mom makes but in small proportions (Snack)-carrot w/ ranch dressing
What do you think? Good? Any improvements? I am gonna try to stay on this tomorrow. Thanks!

sounds great but for me i wouldnt have the salad dressing...because its just an extra amount of calories that doesnt really make a difference...but if you really like it thats fine

it sounds like its one of those meals, like lean cuisine or somethin.. if it is it should be fine as long as its lean cusine or that smart stuff (wieght watchers brand)

uhm actually lindsay 2 snacks is perfectly fine.. considering there small she could even have 3 its totally fine but yeah i think alfredo pasta is not the greatest for uyoy
