Hey. Ever since I started my diet, I have felt great. But, whenever I sit down for awhile, and get up, I am VERY dizzy. My dad said it could be from a lack of food. But, I am eating plenty. Is this happening because my body isn't used to eating as much as I am eating now? Because now, I only eat when I am actually hungry, when before, I ate whenever I felt like it. So will my body eventually adapt to it? Thanks.

I had the saem problem, hun. I lost 50 pounds and it always happend to me, but the truth is I got to a point where I wasn't eating nearly enough. Make sure you are eating enough calories and fat everyday. Also not eating any carbs doesn't help. If ya need anything my e-mail is Selenafan@pa.net...Good Luck!
