Ok todaii i have eaten
Yougurt.. for breakfast
Then i went for 1 hour of swim team
then i had
a bowl of plain noodles and light olive oil ..
For a snack i had a dtring cheese and whole wheat penut butter and jelly..
I need to know wat else i should do>?
I need so excerise i can do or somthing. I could always swim but swimming makes me tired and i usally end up getting out after 20 mins
For dinner i have to go to a pizza buffet. ug..
wat should i do

eat in small portions dont over do it just realize when your full and stop

at the pizza buffet fill up your plate with salad and take only one piece of pizza at a time

You could try some toning exercises Ie: crunches, push ups, etc Also maybe do a few jumping jacks or dance for 20 mins. Dont worry about the pizza buffet. At the ones we have we usually have salad also, so try to fill up on some healthy salad (make sure not to use fattening dressing rather try italian or something) and then u can eat like one or two pieces of pizza.
