hey all! I have been on this site mucho, and I love it. I have come to a problem though. I used to weigh 199 and I got down to a 148 around August and I unfortuanetly gained back a couple pounds, but I have managed it. I was weighing 153 this whole school year. But I just weighed myself and it was 157!!! AHHHH. Now I know it was after eating today and being dressed, but it is still depressing. Last night I came home at around 10:30, form being out with friends, adn I went straight to bed so I wouldn't eat. But then around 1:30 I got up and noticed my sis was home and watching t.v., so of course I grabbed food and plowed away! What can I say I had some major munchies!!! I hate them! I really don't wanna screw off this summer and gain weight like I used to. I want to be 140 by the time school starts up again. I have no problem with diets and exercising, it's just the fact of staying on them and not screwing off on the weekends. I was thinking about the fruit and veggie diet but I am not sure. if the portion ur mom gives u r too small and u still feel ful go back to your normal amount, BUT down grade a lttle at a time so u get to these proportions but u r comfortable with them, also try drinkin a full glass of water b4 u eat, it helps mee alot, it makes me full faster, remind ur mom that every ones body is different and dont get used to things the same way, i bet shell help u work it out... hope i helped

I went on this site a while ago and tried to lose weight. I never actually lost weight. I actually gained quited a bit. When i first came on here about 3 or 4 months ago I was 235. I JUST WEIGHED myself like 10 minutes ago and I am 268. How do I lose weight? I seriously need to. My mom and I are doing this low carb diet and I want to lose weight but i dont want to. Do u understand? I want to lose weight but I want to eat fatty foods. Im so hungry all the time and the stuff my mom prepares and the sizes of the foods she gives me is a serving size but compared to my usual stuff is just NOTHING. Im so fat please help me. I wouldnt recommend going on any *diet*. If you wanna lose weight and keep it off, you have to do this for life. Don't cut out any food groups because to me the fruit and veggie diet (just by the name) seems to be cutting out a lot of important food groups. Besides fruits and veggies, you also need to eat lean meats, whole grains, and low fat dairy. Dont let yourself not have some of your favorite food; just eat them in moderation. I know you can get down to 140; u gotta do it the right way though to keep it off. Remember calories matter! Good Luck!

r u named as samantha too jw bc u gave the same email..but whats the fruit nd vegie diet and how did u loose the weight u lossed last summer?
