2MORROW IS MY OFFICAL DAY OF SUMMER AND MY GOAL THIS SUMMER IS TO LOSE 20 POUNDS! the minute i wake up im gonna go stirght on the treadmill 1 mile, eat breakfast, do my chores, job, another mile, shower, lunch/dinner, clean, whatever and then once again another mile, 3 miles a day will that help at all?
