Hi, my names Melissa. I'm 5'3'' and i'm 147 lbs. I'm 32% body fat. I'm a size 7/8 right now and i want to get down to a size 4. I wanted to know if there was a good diet that could help me lose about 30 pounds in 2 1/2 months. I'm starting to do 300 crunches and 25 push ups a day to help me slim down. If anyone has any other ideas let me know.

excersice and eat healthy. just the basics, as usual lol

You should do a lot of walking/running/and playing sports. I did that last week, and all of my clothes are huge! ITS GR8!

OKAY FIRST OF ALL YOU DON REALLY NEED TO LOSE ALOT OF WEIGHT BUT I GUESS ILL HELP.DO THE 3 DAY DIET AND KEEP UP TH EXERCISES OK?HOPE I HELPED
