I can't believe I let myself go both spirtual, physical. I have pimples, and I weigh 146.5 on my 5' 2" frame. I think I'm a little muscular but still wearing a size 13 that fits isn't my ideal. I want to be 105 by November 14,2005..nothing inpartiular about that day but the reason is I have to lose exactually 2 pounds a week..no more...no less I think I could lose two pounds a week. Once I get losing weight it seems easy but then I pig out and seem to not get on track. I wanted to be 125 by August 31...first day of school and I think I could be still if I worked hard but I don't know. I think I try and make to big of changes and get deprived. This week I will focus only on eating 2000 and exerise. Wish me luck or any tips!!

oh no...everything is good until the 2000 calorie thing...i'm 5'2 also and the maximum calorie intake u need is 1700...so u would actually be over eating....shot for more like 1300 a day ( sorry to tell u that but i dont want you GAINING weight)

Good luck on your goal for november, that's my birthday so good luck!!! I'm also trying to do the goal thing for school so I'll see how that turns out!
