OMG! ive been doing so bad because i cant exercise (i posted saying why last week!! ive been total bingeing honestly i am so bad i eat really good at school then as soon as i get home i total binge!!! i dont know what to do!! anywayz im goin to a sleepover on saturday and we're going to pizza hut n there will b loadsa sweets so ive decided not to start restart my diet until monday because the summer holidays start on wednesday and i'll be able to eat a lot healthier then because i'll be preparing my own food! im also considerin to start runnin every morning but i dont have a way of tracking how far im running but i suppose i could just go by how long i do it for. im no sure if this is a good idea though as i might make myself ill because that is exercise but i dont know how long i have to not exercise for! also im going to take advantage of the free pool in the leisure centre during the holidays and go as often as i can! do you think the running and swimming teamed with a low cal diet could help me lose 20 lbs by september 1st? plz post ur answers! thnx x

I relize that ur putting off ur diet but TRUST ME!!!! that will only take you so far. Someone who is really serious about losing weight would actually ignore the food at the party and not eat the pizza! I know that sounds ridiculaous but I think u've binged enough! I'm trying to hive u tough love here cause just because theres a party doesnt mean u have to eat the pizza and sweets. With me, if i put off my diet i would never start over again because every other day is like a celebration in summer...stay strong

if you want to know how far you run, just get in the car with your mom or dad and have them drive you like.. around the block or to a certain point, that way you can measure better how far you've gone (you can tell by the meter on the car)
