hi everybody my name is ally i just wanna let u know that u can lose weight i can u can i used to weigh 180lb when i was thirteen i thought to my self that i wanna be skinny like all the other girls and i wanna beable to wear a bikki and go shopping i used to see all these cute cloths but i could never wear them i had to shop in plus size 1 day i made a calander on the day i wanna to diet and a day i wanted to stop and weigh my goal amount my diet consised of the follwing: in the morning a 5 mile jog with a breakfast of slim fast and a nuntreit bar then luch would be a salad with a protin shake follwed by 50 situps dinner would be corrots peas and a little peice of meat and after that 30 situps and before bed 20 situp and today im 15 years old and i weigh 119lbs if u dont beleive me i have pictures i'll send to u my e-mail address is baybgrl0105@wmconnect.com

The key to losing weight is fewer calories and exercise. You should have foods of less calories. Example: instead opf having lays original potato chips for a snack, have BAKED lays potato chips it has 40 calories less than regular lays chips

I'm sure the point of her post was to INSPIRE you. Saying you don't care and it doesn't help, really isn't helping anyone! Be more supportive, that's what this is for. Her story should inspire us to try harder and work harder because our goals are very possible!!! Good Job with the weight loss!!! That's amazing!
