Kyleighanne!!!!!! HEY!! ok some tips i have are
DONT DRINK SODA---you will lose 20 pounds a year!
Dont eat butter---10 pounds a year!
Dont get fast food like MCdonalds etc., if you have to, get a kids meal!
If u get a sub shop, get a greek salad or garden salad, they fill you up i cant even finish them!
Drink A LOT of water it cleans you out!
Dont drink juice, eat the fruit instead! if u drink juice, make sure its 100%!
Buy Skim, lowfat, or 1% milk
NO MAYONAISE..use mustard
WHEAT instead of WHITE(pasta, bread, pita, etc)
Eat breakfast no later than 1 hour after you wake
Dont eat past 6 PM
Apples fill you up (green granny apples)
