TIP OF THE DAY: (seems people like it so I'll continue doing it) SINCE MOST OF US ARE ON SUMMER BREAK WE TEND TO SLEEP IN LATE, UNFORTUNALLY I JUST CAN'T SEEM TO BE ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE BUT THAT'S OKAY. IF YOU ARE ONE WHO SLEEPS TILL NOON YOU THINK OH I CAN'T HAVE BREAKFAST WELL HAVE BREAKFAST AT LUNCH, LUNCH AT DINNER AND DINNER AT 8 OR SOMETHING AT NIGHT THAT WAY YOU'LL HAVE ALL YOUR MEALS IT'S JUST BE AT WEIRD TIMES.

It's really not good to eat that late..once u eat and lay down it all stores b/c youre not being active to burn it off. If you must eat at night..go for something healthy. =)

you could also just eat larger meals, its less complicated. or take advantage of the calories you missed out on and leave them empty...

mm thanks..but it might be bad to eat dinner so late..its probably fine though..but i definetly agree with you that you need to eat all 3 meals and stuff.
