hey i am 16 years old 5'8 and 157lbs i want to be down to 130 by the end of summer does anyone have ne tips for me at all i really wanna lose weight i am jus really uncomfortable wearing clothes and al my friends are realy skinny and i dunno y they even hang out with me i am the fat one in the group it jus really bugs me that i am the biggest one neways thanks a lot i hope you can help me!!

hey u can try taebo it really works i was 193lbs now im 140 i did that and cut out pop and i only drink water i stoped eating lunch. and i weight lift also but tae bo really really works. u should try it do it every day at first and then every other day once u get used to it

The previous post was right, you shouldnt lose the weight for your friends, but its great for yourself. Just cut back on what u eat and how much you eat and start walking maybe 2miles a day at a nice pace. You'll notice inches coming off and you'll start feeling confident in what you wear. =)

friends just arent worth losing weight for. i cant tell you--- ughh--- i wasted 5 years on a best friend who was also chubby and then went to finland and went all anorexic on me and came back 95 pounds... they just ARENT worth it. once that happened, i lost my best friend. just hang out with a croud your not jealous of, unless you love your friends. if you love your friends, and they love you to, you should know that they to have flaws, that you have something better than them. for example, i have the best complexion of all my friends. just, dont be jealous, its not a good feeling and it ends badly.
