TIP OF THE DAY: Don't expect a 15 pound weight loss in a week. Really in order to lose weight in a healthy manner you should only lose 1-2 pounds a week at the most. If you lose a lot one week don't worry that your not being healthy sometimes it's water weight and sometimes you may have broken a plataue.
