Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160ish - Ok, well i did ok today I think. I snacked a lot, but mostly healthyish stuff, and im still under my cal limit..ok so B: Kashi Bar, Banana (280 calories) S: PB Bar (130 Calories) Lunch: PB Sandwich on wheat bread (250 calories) S: Pria Bar, and 2 100 calorie packs (310 calories) Dinner: 3 turkey tacos (prob. about 500 calories) ...so i had about 1,470 calories.. i drank a lot of green tea and water..I know i didnt get nearly enough fruit or vegetables, but any other hits are appreciated

thats more than what AI had all I had today was a salad one burger plain a bag of chips some cereal a pb and j sandwitch mac an cheese chicken and thats it and Im steal hungry hatter out

Thats ok that you snacked alot...it helps keep your metabilism going and keeps you from overeating. Id say you did a good job though (although you could try having 1 100 calorie pack instead of 2) because you had a good amount of calories w/o too many of them being from something unhealthy. good job!
