hey all...
i have decided im not going to focus on what i eat all that much because...when i focus on it a lot i end up eating more junk food but today i woke up and i was craving an apple so i ate an apple then at lunch time i ate a protien bar and later i slipped and ate an apple turn over eep ..then i went to work then after work i went to the gym and ate dinner after that the only supper bad thingi did today was eat some oreos and that apple turn over thing thats less then what i normally would have done so im gonna try this for a while with intense excersize so if i do mess up i work it off does this sound good?

wel.. anctually that wont makeyoulose wight as fats asud like, because ifyou slip like that u will maintain weight notlose it, just eat healthier,okaybye
