today i started a food journal. made a goal for the day of how much i would like to eat and drink. for breakfast i had 8oz MILK, 8oz GREEN TEAw/2tsp sugar, 16oz WATER, and 2 SMALL ORANGE and i'm full so i stop eating and keep myself busy till i'm hungry again. i had approximately 120 calories. wish me luck and what do you think

I think you should really eat more food like vegetables and whole grains and not just drink water and tea casue that is rewally not good for you. You need all those other nutrients in regular foods.
