Ht. 5"8, Wt. 147 - I was just wondering, is it true that if you loose weight to quickly do you put it straight back on after the diet if this is true is it possible after comming off a low cal plan reintroduce cals slowly so my body dosnt gain weight quickly it just maintains? (i hope this makes sense lol i kinda rambled on) PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

The reason most people put weight back on after a diet is because they changed there eating habits for only a certain amount of time.. as soon as they started eating normally all the weight came back.. As long as you eat healthy and excercise daily and KEEP IT UP.. you shouldn't gain it back.. just make sure that you are doing something you can maintain and not just a quick fix.. i hope that made since.. good luck<3
