Ht. 5'10, Wt. 230 - ok, i have a doctors appt. in two weeks from next wednesday, and i was wondering if that- if i did 3 exercise tape- all within an hour, forced 10 glasses of water, adn with the additional walking around the block with my friends and not eating a whole lot- could that possibly help me loose at leat a lb. a day?? and i dont eat a whole lot bc i dont get hungry- i have to force myself to eat at least 2 meals a day, so im not dropping food, i just cant eat bc i feel full all of the time- thanx

hey i am 5'7 and i weigh 170 so i think people that are tall get away with more weight so dont worry that much about it :)

no- ive been this big for quite a while- its only been like i have to force myself for the past couple of months- and i kno if a person stops eating and exercises too much, then u will gain weight bc ur body holds on to all the fat u take in- but its only been like 7 weeks that ive felt full and cant take in hardly anything

huh?? wait i swaer to goodness im not trying to offend u whatsoever at all, but u said u 'force ur self toeat 2 meals a day cause u feel full' well then if u dont eat thaty much where did 230 pounds come from??? sorry but i just dont understand how u weigh that much if u dont eat a lot and when u do u force it, well anyways i think u could lose 2 pounds every week if u eat like 2000 calories at ur height causeur tall so u can eat more. good luck!! and im scared cause im going to the doc's 2morro BOO-HOO!! i hate it there.....lol
