Ht. 5'3.5", Wt. 150 - I have been trying to loose weight and keeping it off ever since I was 11 years old. I dance for 4 days a week for about 2 1/2 to 4 hours long. I try to 2 do at least 25 to 30 sit-ups. I am trying to loose my stomach and some of my thighs, but I have muscles mostly on mah calves (which I don't mind). Someone please help me!

I know what yew mean!! I have been a baton twirler/dancer for 10 years and it never hepled me lose weight I don't know why? but started doing set ups just 10 a day and I'm losing my tummy hope I helped.
