Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160ish - 3 week Challenge:
What I ate: Brek: Kashi bar (130 cals)
L: Lean Pocket and Carrot Sticks (300 cals)
Snack: Pretzel Goldfish (im so proud! my friends brought a huge back of cookies and stuff and i chose pretzels!!) ((140 calories. ))and a freez pop (25 calories)
Dinner:1 and 1/2 cheese quesidilla (reduced fat cheese)
small salad..i think about 600 calories but im not sure exaCTLY how much cheese i used..i no its kinda bad..
so i had about 1, 200 calories today..
activity: played tennis for about an hour, swam for a little bit (i did a lot of swimming in the pool, but im not sure how long because it was mostly like playing tag and games and stuff)
