Ht. 5'5, Wt. 168.5 - Breakfast-1 cup of bluberries, 1 piece of toast (no butter) w/ 1 tbsp of honey (about 150-200 cals)
Lunch-Ramen noodles w/ a banana (about 250 cals)
Snack-Green mint tea and a popcicle (60 cals)
Snack-banana (after the popcicle, i was still SUPER hungry)
Dinner-Soy cereal (has alot of wheat) w/ soy milk and a salad (200 cals)
Then I had a small piece of pizza cuz I've been on a lactose-free diet for three dayz and was rewarding myself. So all in all i had around 900 cals (I know its really not that much)and I burned probably 200 of that off (20 minutes aerobics and 10 minutes of pilates). How did i do guys?

Omg yes! It really stinks! I just recently found out i might be..i have to go on a lactose-free diet for another week and if i feel good, then my mom is taking me to the doctors to see what she wants to do (you know with me not getting enough calcium and that stuff). Its really hard at first cuz of the ice cream cravings but you get a hold on it after a while.

hey its hard living without lactose isnt? i know cause im lactose lentolorent... there's a lot of stuff you cant have so i take a pill if i want some dairy and if i dont i just take calcium pills

did you get atleast 1200 cals today? if not you wont loose weight. you have to eat atleast 1200 cals to be able to loose weight!!!

The Ramen Noodles are high in sodium. My doctor made me stop eatting them. You might want to cut that out of you diet.

I take that back, the salad had 90 calories for the dressing so i really had 1000 calories or so. Thats a little bit better.
