Ht. 5'5, Wt. 168.5 - Breakfast-1 cup of bluberries, 1 piece of toast (no butter) w/ 1 tbsp of honey (about 150-200 cals)
Lunch-Ramen noodles w/ a banana (about 250 cals)
Snack-Green mint tea and a popcicle (60 cals)
Snack-banana (after the popcicle, i was still SUPER hungry)
Dinner-Soy cereal (has alot of wheat) w/ soy milk and a salad (200 cals)
Then I had a small piece of pizza cuz I've been on a lactose-free diet for three dayz and was rewarding myself. So all in all i had around 900 cals (I know its really not that much)and I burned probably 200 of that off (20 minutes aerobics and 10 minutes of pilates). How did i do guys?
