Ht. 6'4, Wt. 310 - Heh, it's been a while since I posted. For those of you who may remember me from 2 years ago, I was Alex 14 who weighed 260lbs. Nowadays, I'm fluctuating around the past the 300lbs mark, and I've seemed to have stopped at 310lbs for now. I've accepted the fact that im very overweight, abd it doesn't bother me that much anymore. But recently, ever since I've passed the 300 mark, I've realized that I really need to start doing something about my non-stop weight gain. I've been overweight since I was 9 years old, and I hope I can stop my gaining soon. I think I've narrowed to the problem to my weight gains to the cravings I get for fatty foods. I just can't say no, you know? Also, at meals, I always go for seconds, even though my stomach may be full. Anyone who can give me some pointers on how to deal with this, or maybe some exercises to lose some of this gut, since I need to somewhat slim down for football in the coming school year(I have my reasons). well first off you have an addiction to fatty foods most people do but dont see it as a problem but the reason i know that is because of the cravings if you can fight those cravings you will over come the addiction..well yeah easier said then done right?
well pointers for losing weight if you drink soda that isnt diet drink water but slowly make the adjustment and i know its hard but you will be able to drink it again to treat yourself that alone can make you lose ten pounds...with the second helpings eat SLOWLY and after every two bites drink a gulp of water and do that and try to only have one serving but if you have two make the second one slightly smaller then usual and do the same with the first well thats about all i can think of right now but i hope htis helps...and another thing GET ACTIVE!!!
