three week challenge..
breakfast boiled egg on toast, lunch protein bar and a gatorade, after work pband j dinner this is where i lost it! fried okra chicken with something on it idk what and potatoe wedges...and after that two doughnuts dun dun dun.... well i know what i have to work on now....
my actvities today were working for five hours which burns a lot of calories because ih ave to take peoples groceries out and lift them in their cart and things and then after work i went to physical therapy that was calorie burning too well does that sound good except the eating at the end of the day??? and i know i need to add some fruits and veggies in there!

i already posted this but its a page back so ill do it again: What I ate: Brek: Kashi bar (130 cals) L: Lean Pocket and Carrot Sticks (300 cals) Snack: Pretzel Goldfish (im so proud! my friends brought a huge back of cookies and stuff and i chose pretzels!!) ((140 calories. ))and a freez pop (25 calories) Dinner:1 and 1/2 cheese quesidilla (reduced fat cheese) small salad..i think about 600 calories but im not sure exaCTLY how much cheese i used..i no its kinda bad.. so i had about 1, 200 calories today.. activity: played tennis for about an hour, swam for a little bit (i did a lot of swimming in the pool, but im not sure how long because it was mostly like playing tag and games and stuff)

awesome!!! I did well too!!! 3 week challenge: B: tuna sandwich and apple. L:Lean cuisine chicken carbonara. S: cherries, string cheese D: rice, veggies, beef. Approx calories: 1300. Exercise: 1 mile of walking, dance for 1 hour. ^.^ Karine ^.^
