three week challenge..
breakfast boiled egg on toast, lunch protein bar and a gatorade, after work pband j dinner this is where i lost it! fried okra chicken with something on it idk what and potatoe wedges...and after that two doughnuts dun dun dun.... well i know what i have to work on now....
my actvities today were working for five hours which burns a lot of calories because ih ave to take peoples groceries out and lift them in their cart and things and then after work i went to physical therapy that was calorie burning too well does that sound good except the eating at the end of the day??? and i know i need to add some fruits and veggies in there!
