Ht. 5'8, Wt. 166lbs - hey every1! i really need to loose weight, b/c well, im huge, im gonna post what I ate 2day, can u tell me how to make any changes? thnz : Breafast- slept through it lol, lunch- 2 med. tortill wrap w/ salsa+ feta cheese, kool- aide, Dinner- spagetti w/c cheese, and later im gonna have pop corn, ive been craving it all day. Yeah, so i know how fatty i am, and really want to go bak 2 skool slimmer, any sugestions p.s, I dance all through the school year, and walk basically everywhere, so i do get some exercise

Okay your eating the right amount you just need to eat healthier like pop corn for instance you should replace that with some fruit or something healthier. i'm not saying you can't ever have pop corn just not always. keep telling yourself you can do it and keep getting exersize because it's not the school year so your not dancing and stuff.
