Ht. 4'11, Wt. 126 - a couple years ago i lost a lot of weight, everybody was all proud of me and kept telling me how good i looked. this made me feel really good, but i think it made me feel like i could eat anything i wanted and not gain any weight. obviously, i was wrong. i have gained 45 pounds. if anyone could give me some advice on going back to how i was that would be great, i would like to lose around 25 pounds or something!!!

one of the reasons i really want to lose weight is because i just keep gaining, i feel that if i dont get control soon i will end up gaining a lot more weight!!! plus, i have some stretch marks on my legs from my rapid weight gain. and im short, so that definatley does not work to my advantage!!!

u dont need to loose that much maybe 5 or 10 at the extreme but u really dont need to

eat healthy foods, drink plenty of water, exercise 30 minutes- 1 hour everyday, and remember n.e thing IS possible, just take time, weight loss isnt fast, it takes time ((and sometimes even plenty of it )) but that doesnt mean in the long run u wont see results, weight loss isnt a quick- fix, STOP thinking about the PAST, think about the FUTURE. it sounds corny but its true.. good luck 2 you on ur goals and every1 else!! and rememeber weight loss takes plenty of time, so dont worry!!
