I have gotten myself into big mess!!! For breakfast i had 2 SLICES OF PIZZA & 2 PIECES OF BREAD STICKS!!
i have decided that i am not going to eat anymore foods with calories untill dinner but for dinner i will have 16oz of milk and fruits & veggies. and i have drank 24oz of water so far my goal is 64oz+ and 60-90 minutes of exercise. is this GOOD/BAD???!!!

pizza 4r brekast !!! no way .. u only have pizza for lunch or dinner and u only eat 1 slice cause its got lots of calories, eat good 3 meals so u dont snack in between ,, but its okay to have 1 fruit a day and lots of vegies 4r a snack

if you dont eat anything at lunch then youll just eat more at dinner and its eisier for your body to digest food not all at once so dont do what your going to do and make sure you get enough calories otherwise you wont loose weight

your better off eating. have a small salad for lunch (have less calories then usual) and have a regular dinner. everyone slips up. dont worry about it

bad, yeah you screwed up, but you don't have to completely punish yourself for it! just eat regularly for the rest of the day and hop on the wagon tomorrow and do better!
