that sounds good i think , but i think eatin late is bad i have learned the hard way, i eat alot at night like late cuz i stay up late , but ur idea for eatin nd halves is a GREAT solution its called portion control, thats one of the first steps to becoming healthy, but make sure its not to fatty start to think after a few bites or w.e if ur hungry anymore s0o that might make u realize that u dont want the rest and maybe save it for later:) i feel acomplished wen i do that because i acually controlled myself from eatin something that i didnt need at that time s0o i hope that helps
