Ht. 5"6, Wt. 212 - hey everyone i wantesd to knoe if you think its possible for me to get down to 160 by january???of course i would do this by exercising and eating right but any1 got any good exercises?? mostly for the stomach?? and if you ahve any good eating tips i would greatly apprecciate it!

hey matt!! juz eat 3 healthy meals a day. and fruit in between. iv juz started to diet and belive me it is tough!! but u hav 2 stick it. dont worry it wil b worth it!! good luck x!!

It sounds like a lot to lose but 52lbs in six months is a pretty good goal,you would be losing about 2lbs per week. Situps are great for the stomach muscles and eating healthy meals can get you to your goal.

ya, especially in your case, getting your booty over to the gym will do you good. when i say your case, i mean as in you want to lose weight from your stomach. they have all sorts of neat machines you can use, and you can just ask someone who works there what would be good for your stomach.

yeah you defenitly will get down to 160 by then. you should join a gym i did and it's great ecpecially since your a guy and stuff theres good weights for your arms and nice cardio. if not thats cool i suggest doing tons of crunches and night and run for 20 min. good luck babe!
