Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 145 - hey i wanna lose 20 lbs. im doin weight watchers & i run 2 miles 5x a weeek !but i wanted to no if i have to do crunches & weight trainng stuff to not be flabby or can i just do cardio like running walking swimming etc...tyhanx

Cardio will keep off the fat.. but you won't have a toned and lean body w/o strength and weight training
