Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 149 - I want to lose weight for the upcomming school year, and do you guys think i'd lose a lot of weight if i did 3 hours of cardio a day, drank just water, and 200 sit ups and crunches everyday? well if just drink water you mean water instead of soda and stuff and your still gonna eat then sure, but you still gotta eat.

I'm going to be a sophomore and let me tell you if you don't lose weight it's not the end of the world and starving yourself is just going to ruin lose years..i know...i did...it just waste that part of your life. So eat 1500 calories a day with about an hour of cardio daily.

I weigh 187 and am 5'5, Im going into high school in a couple of weeks, and I want to lose 30 pounds, i think it would make a big differace, high school years are supposed to be my fun years, i dont want these 50 some odd pounds to be slowing me down in high school
